h.s. hebblethwaite
edwardian postcard artist
H.S. (Horace Sydney) Hebblethwaite (1873-1914) was an Edwardian illustrator and cartoonist. I wasn’t able to find out anything about his life and work, except when (1873) and where (Holloway) he was born and when he died (1914). The Hebblethwaite Family has a website in which Horace gets a mention, but not much more than that. What I do know is that he designed in excess of one hundred comic postcards.
